Its indication field of prosthetic products is very wide. Fixed and removable restorations can be milled as well as tactile splints.
How does everything work?
- Digital prints of your teeth will make during your visit to the doctor’s office.
- Data of digital prints is sent to the lab.

- The edited data is sent to the cutter.
- The cutter mills and makes the entire prosthesis.
A laboratory scanner is another device that our laboratory cannot do without.

Ceramill MAP 400 – DNA generation
This is a fully automatic compact next-generation scanner. It has high-precision digitization of models and the scanner allows faster scanning (up 50%). Automatic guidance of lab technician within the scanning program ensures fast and reliable high-resolution results.
With the old method of impression using impression material, a plaster model is created from the impression in the laboratory. The model is then scanned in the Ceramill MAP 400. Then the laboratory technician creates the final shape of the replacement in the computer program and the milling machine mills the entire prosthetic from the material and color that the doctor instructs.
